POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Head of Reporting and Budgeting to join the senior leadership team of this international school. Reporting directly to the Head of School, this role will lead the development and execution of the schools financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses.
Conduct financial reviews, reconciliations, and variance analyses.

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting controller to optimize financial processes and cash flow.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Prepare and support internal and external audits.

Validate financial data and implement best practices in reporting.

Coordinate financial reporting for international stakeholders and auditing firms.
QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in international financial management; education or non-profit experience is advantageous.

Strong English communication skills with expertise in financial reporting.
