Position : Treasury Section Manager
Report to : Shared Services Center Manager
Location : Bangkok
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Cash Management: Oversee all aspects of cash management, including forecasting and planning.
- Bank Relations: Collaborate with banks to execute tasks and enhance operational processes.
- Performance Optimization: Actively drive performance to meet established targets and promptly identify and address potential deviations.
- Team Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to Treasury and payment staff in the execution of their duties related to treasury, banking activities, and other pertinent tasks, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes.
- Currency Risk Management: Skillfully manage foreign exchange (FX) and currency risks, ensuring compliance with Group Treasury policies.
- Communication with Group Treasury: Maintain open lines of communication and collaborate with Group Treasury as needed.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance measurement reports (Treasury Key Performance Indicators - KPI) for senior management and undertake additional tasks as required by management.
- Macroeconomic Analysis: Stay vigilant by closely monitoring macroeconomic updates, analyzing their potential impact on the business, and reporting findings to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. An MBA is preferred, though not obligatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, or the banking industry. Prior experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Financial Modeling: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and analyzing financial models.
- Project Management: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within stringent deadlines.
