SALES MANAGER

General Function

Responsible for the managing the sales team and to achieve sales target.

Technical

·         To lead the sales team (inclusive Distributors where required) under your capacity

·         Review the daily, weekly, monthly sales report and report to management

·         Responsible for sales target achievement and to set monthly sales target for sales teams

·         Plan marketing activities to achieve sales volume estimations and review effectiveness

·         Analyze market trends, sales performance through channels and other critical trends

·         Promote sales by executing marketing and promotional strategies

·         To execute marketing initiatives marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes in focus with the overall brand strategy

·         Analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute plans for new product development and launch

·         Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures

·         Identify new market and tap on profitable business opportunities

·         Sales growth and retention. To achieve sales targets and other duties as defined by the management.

·         Manage customer accounts payable and ensuring on- time collection.

Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate solutions

·  come from what competitor company? Yes, preferably from strong local ones

·  At least 10years of experience in the industry

·  Chemical background education would be preferred
