Our client is a global manufacturer of steel and aluminum wheels

Artemis is now seeking for a Opex Manager with at least 5 years of working experience.

Working Location: Saraburi

Responsibilities:

• Create roadmap, contribute to transform Business unit to Operation Excellence                   
• Support Plant Steering Team in their Op Ex deployment, CI, Ideation and suggestion                                          
• Active role in plant’s implementation of Policy Deployment                                                           
• Provide technical support, utilize Lean tools, IE Techniques, 6 Sigma and others                    
• Develop local Training Material/Media/Work-shop/Cases/Genba for Op Ex                                             
• Conduct Training /Coaching/Lead & Support Workshops across enterprise                                              
• Initiate, manage to achieve OPEX productivity & cost saving Target                                             
• Exhibit Op Ex Award & deliver best practice sharing/implementation to Regional/Global

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience (Technical degree preferred)
• 5 - 7 years of operations / engineering experience
• 3-5 years of operations excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement experience
• PC applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Minitab, Database)
• Lean Manufacturing / Enterprise exposure (TPS /Kanban implementation is advantage)
• Six Sigma Training (BB or Green Belt certification preferred)
• Auto CAD or Solid Works skill will be advantage
• General business acumen and analytical capability.
