Head of SBU (Strategic Business Unit)

Position’s Objectives :

Responsible for helping a company to achieve financial goals , objectives and increase operating performance. Creates businesses plans, sets goal, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Developing strategic plans
• Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the department
• Ensure all business plan and performance goals in your responsibilities are reach
• Oversee revenue generation and identify ways to maximize revenue.
• Identify and lead new project opportunities.
• Successfully implementing organization’s policy
• Preside over operations and activities of a department
• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the department

Qualification :

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Architechture, Real Estate Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Direct experienced in Real Estate Development background in Town House/Single House project management is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management level.
• Strong leadership, analytical and systematic thinking skills.
• Highly innovative with good people management skills and result orientation to achieve the target.
• Age 38 - 50 year old.
