Artemis is now seeking for a Head of Asset Management, Retail and Commercial Business with at least 10 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

·         Develop and administer investment property operating budget for company and its subsidiaries properties.

·         Provide monthly and quarterly forecast, actual/budget comparison and necessary actions to minimize the gaps.

·         Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of revenue/expenses statistical data as may be required to provide accurate assessment of property overall status.

·         Responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the properties in portfolio, and maintenance of all necessary financial records and files.

·         Identify opportunities and enhancement initiatives to increase capital and rental value.

·         Responsible for undertaking the necessary valuations/appraisals and preparing reports to support enhancement initiatives, for approval.

·         Producing a strategy roadmap for each property in portfolio to identify all aspects of property and asset management needed to be addressed and undertaking required actions.

·         Work closely with Property General Manager to ensure the compliance of property/portfolio risk management activities.

 

Requirements

·         Strong academic background - finance, real estate, accounting or math background preferred 

·         Excellent Excel and Financial Modeling skills 

·         Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills 

·         Solid modeling skills, analytical / logical mindset and highly attention to details 

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, both Thai and English (clear, concise, and confident)

·         Ability to manage internal and external relationships 

·         Self- motivated and Creative problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
