Technical & Consulting Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to sales in order to maximize support for customers as following detail:
• Respond to requests for emergency programming support, set up and services to settle machine’s problem or production line stop.
• Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, guides function and rough maintenance, especially training for customer.
• Analyze trends of technology to create and provide materials to help promote and support your team members.
• Create and update documents of material to provide problems and troubleshooting of product.
• Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, recognized the current industry standards for engineering ability, not only yourself but also your team members.

Skill Required

• PLC skill : Good
• Communication skill : Serial, TCP/IP
• Field Bus Control : CC-Link, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, Ethercat, Profinet
• Device Skill : Familiar with Servo Motor, Robot Control
• Network : SQL
• Strong in System Analysis

Qualifications

• Male with age 27-32 years old
• Graduated from Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering faculty, major: Electrical, Control, or Mechatronics.
• With more than 4 years of experience in Automation (PLC)
• Have own car and driving license
• Be able to have basic communication in English
• Native level of Thai language is required
• Well-organized, Time-management & Multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, Positive, Earnest, High Communication Skills & Can-Do Attitude
