About the job Sale Supervisor

1.    Account Management (Existing customers)

·         Interface with current & new customers for both Aluminum & Steel wheel focusing on
growing and developing existing customers.

(RFQs /customer needs basis, maintain customer satisfaction/resolve issue & problem/
Deal with complaint/customer visit) Domestic customer,
Export customer.

 

2.    Opportunity & Growth (Task)

·         Coordinate business in the assigned account as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business.

·         Domestic customer (New 5) ; Mitsubishi TH/Mazda TH/GM TH /MG / BMW

3.    Sales & Market Analytic

·         Prepares detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements
(Quote Review process)

·         Interface for collecting market situation data (Customer & competitor movement)

 

4.    Sales Collaboration

·         Closely working with the customer support as well customers ’ expectations through
complimentary cross-functional efforts (THANK activity / VE VA / Monozukuri activity etc.)

5.    Sales Administration

·         Prepares price plan / Cost Reduction negotiation/ Material adjustment

·         Collective and manage AR to avoid overdue payment

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         Minimum 3-5 years in sales related experience

·         Minimum 3-5 years in part suppliers for OEM preferable.

·         Good command of computer for MS office and SAP is preferred.

Good command of English will be advantaged.
