Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentor ship in sales skills, logistics background and solution development for both customers and team. 
  • Engage with customers and build relationship to understand customers’ requirements, needs and industrial to expand business.
  • Provide excellent service of Corporate Account Manager for import, export, oversea and domestic solutions for customers.
  • Support Global Team and Local Team to develop business and update trends of Thailand Industry and provide business strategy to position the team for success.
  • Understand strategic business challenges, proactively seek opportunities for company and customers.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer's business and the current market and support customer retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams, other sales channels for both local and oversea.
  • Perform analytical and logistics planning.


Qualifications

  • Thai National 
  • At least 2 years of working experience as BD Manager or Key Account Manager in Logistics industry
  • Understanding of contract logistics business especially in 3PL would be a plus.
  • Experienced in providing air freight, sea freight, trucking, warehouse, custom clearance or distribution solution is preferred.
  • Very good in customers’ engagement, problem solving, negotiation skills and sales skills.
  • Good command of English.
