Work Location: Bangkok

Artemis is now seeking for a HR Assistant Manager with at least 3-5 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a work plan and Human Resources strategy, In accordance with the policies and company plans.
  • Management of HR work to effectively as planned and defined strategy.
  • Workforce planning both short-term and long-term in order to comply with the policies and direction of the

organization.

  • Determine recruitment process and the policy direction of the organization to be appropriate.
  • Management indicators of completion in accordance with the goals and company policies to be clear and motivate employees to perform work.
  • Encourage employees to have knowledge of the policies and organization goals as well as the responsibilities of staff to be work more efficiently.
  • Planning and directing the activities. Between employers and employees to create a good atmosphere in the organization, including the relations with the employees within the organization.
  • Reporting of the HR analysis of barriers and solutions to present to the executive management to bring the data to analyze and develop a business plan and develop the organization further.
  • Overseeing the budget of the HR Department, as required by maximum Outputs. and Human Resources strategy,
  • Consulting to develop the ability of the subordinates to work effectively.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Human Resource or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of Human Resource Department
  • Experience in HR from Property Development industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
