About the job VP HR

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the key person to develop an HRD platform to be used across the region along while act as the lead person to drive the execution of the program
  • Controlling and developing activities focus on Organization Development and Staff Training & development. Work closely with management to assess company’s learning environment, identify training needs, identify areas of improvement, design training roadmap, and set up th annual training plan.
  • Review with Business Units on Performance Gap&Training Needs analysis of the respective group of employees and positions through performance appraisal process and other opportunities of feedback.
  • Management objectives for the goal of the process of HRM/HRD planning and direction of the administrative staff for the organization which coves recruitment, development training the service.
  • Management system of Human Resource section according to the company policy,as well as developing and improving process to achieve target of the Human Resource section.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development (HRD/OD) 
  • At least 7 years working experience in organization development, people strategy, performance management, Real Estate Development or related fields.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience in culture building, competency development and organization development.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and talent & succession management
  • Knowledge of learning and development, and employee engagement.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, can work well with all level (across functions to management level).
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
