Join Our Client as a Product Specialist!

Where: Our HQ in Phutthamonthon Sai 5, right across from Central Salaya

When: Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for all things technical about our products helping both the sales team and customers feel confident and informed
• Create helpful guides and materials to make learning about the products easier and more fun
• Work closely with engineers, sales, and service teams to make sure our products keep getting better and meeting what the market needs
• Join product demos and testing right where the action happens
• Listen carefully to any technical issues customers face, then come up with smart solutions
• Lead training sessions to help customers and colleagues get up to speed

Who We're Looking For

• Around 35 years old (open to everyone!)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or something similar)
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a technical or product-related role
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Great at explaining things clearly and enjoy talking to people
• Ready to travel outside Bangkok sometimes, with a valid drivers license
• Bonus points if you can communicate in English
