About the job General Affairs Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general affairs which are all tasks related with office management and corporation support.
  • Driver and car parking management, Ordering OT food for employees, Provide support for business trips such as booking hotel, air ticket, and transportation, and etc.
  • Contacting with external suppliers such as newspapers, stationery, fleet cards, easy pass, business name card, and etc.
  • Being in charge of supporting tasks for office relations (infrastructure, building, utilities maintenance, new office construction)
  • Providing support in relation to purchasing and controlling office supplies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Male / Female age not over 25 years old
  • New graduate and experienced person from Bachelor's Degree in any faculties is welcome!
  • 1 year experience with administrative tasks will be advantage.
  • Good command in written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700 scores)
  • Mandatory: Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of Pivot and Vlookup will be an advantage.
