Regional Support Engineer – Automation Sales

Lead the management and delivery of automation tenders and control the interface with other Lucy business units in preparing tenders. This will require developing a robust tendering process allowing efficient resource allocation to the most suitable prospects.

Provide Automation technical and commercial support to the Regional Sales Teams / Key Distributors for both strategic and operational development.

Formulate quotations and technical support data for the Regional Sales Teams / Key Distributors and support with the negotiation of technical and commercial aspects of the Lucy automation offer with clients and end-users.

Develop Automation technical support data for sales and marketing teams.

Give Automation demonstrations to both new and existing customers

Train Lucy associates in existing and new Automation technology and relevance to distribution network systems.

Assist Automation Product Manager with identifying new products and services for development and integrate these into the Lucy service offering.

Support Lucy Automation Projects and be responsible for handover of project from Sales Dept. to Contracts.

Take the regional lead with LBAN Engineering / Development teams and Lucy Project teams / Contract Engineering in matching the Automation offering with customer expectations identified in the automation enquiry.
