What are my responsibilities?
  1. · Procurement & Logistics / SCM Function:
  2. · Identify potential suppliers for required products/ solutions
  3. · Conduct new vendor qualification and annual assessment
  4. · Perform cost analysis, price negotiation & make recommendation to management
  5. · Monitor supplier delivery, product quality and take remedial action whenever necessary
  6. · Prepare annual budget & periodic forecast on procurement related KPIs
  7. · Prepare & submit all procurement related reports on regular & ad hoc basis
  8. · Identify performance gap & propose remedial action
  9. · Monitor and manage “Purchase to Pay” (P2P) alerts / reports
  10. · Supports ISO qualifications, audits and document maintenance / control
  11. · Ensure daily operation is performed in accordance to our process /procedures set
  12. · Follow Siemens’s Export control (ECC) guideline
  13. · Coordinate and monitor overall logistics, customs rules and regulations (Tariff code, duty
  14. rate, import license, import privileges and etc.)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  1. · Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or
  2. related discipline
  3. · At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with knowledge of project environment
  4. · Basic Project Management skill
  5. · Basic Contract knowledge, INCO terms
  6. · Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with a strong “entrepreneurial”
  7. character and problem-solving skills
  8. · Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills
  9. · Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
