P&A Manager (Proposal and Application Manager)

P&A Manager

Our client is leading specialist in waste water treatment

Artemis is now seeking for a P&A Manager with at least 8 years of working experience.

Working Location: Bangkok  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process design, proposal preparation and support business development team on process
  water / wastewater related opportunities.

Technical

• Review and interpret tender specifications and customer's requirements with Business Development and Service Operation team during tender bids

• Site walk with sales/ Service Operation team, contractors when required
• Lead and develop process design inclusive of PFD, P&ID, Layout, process design description, mechanical specification, functional control philosophy, costing and proposal for Thailand
• Advice and manage proposal generation schedule to ensure timely submission
• Engage Suppliers, M&E contractors for quotes and cost optimization during proposal preparation stage
• Support sales personnel in client process/ technology meetings
• Make sure all the tender enquiry is completed with Go-No Go decision / form
• Working collectively with Sales and Service team to ensure success of bid / opportunity
• Ensure all proposal to be ready at least 2 days before submission date for internal discussion and finalization
• Make sure all the proposal is logged
• Support BD to respond to technical questions, presentation during technical clarification and negotiation stages
• Upon award of order, support sales for proper handover presentation inclusive of proper documents handover
• Support Service and Operation team on detail engineering, trouble shooting, testing and commissioning whenever necessary
• Support to create mechanical datasheets, lists and calculations when required
• Assist Project Execution/Procurement departments to correspond with the vendors on technical aspects
• Liaise with the vendors and evaluate technical aspects of all quotes, and make recommendations,
• Any other reasonable assignment as required by Country Director

Management

• Lead local effort to support BD for all technical requirement and advice to Service Operation team during project executions

Safety

• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines
• Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirement

·        

·         Good spoken English

·         8 – 10 years of working experience in Water or wastewater process/engineering field

·         Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Environment

·         P&ID Knowledge

·         Mechanical design calculation

·         Proposal Management including Estimation of Project Cost

·         Basic water and wastewater treatment knowledge

·         Analytical

·         Planning and organizing

·         Strong Analytical and Summary Skills with Focus on results

Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
