About the job Training Manager
Responsibilities
· Manages the design, development and roll-out of learning content including delivery of selected courses.· Report directly to Regional HR Director, and work with HRD Manager to ensure that high potential employees (Succession plan) get developmental support.
· Identify competencies for critical job positions in the affiliate and be able to conduct competency and training needs assessment among all departments.
· Design and implement creative and relevant programs and update training curricula as needed both for soft skills and product skills.
· Conduct planned training programs.
·
Responsible as a trainer to all level of
employees from operation staff to executive management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.· At least 7 years of working experience in design the training courses and working as a trainer.
· Have strong experience in designing and training the soft skills such as customer services, problem solving, etc.
