Regional Head of Security

• Conduct risk analysis and risk management, in order to assess the Sales Unit risks and decide what actions to take to minimize disruptions to the business operation
  
• Implement and follow up on safety, security and information security standards throughout our units
  
• Create security goals according to the company’s values and business needs
  
• Develop short and long term action plans to achieve the department goals
  
• By playing an active part in the crisis group, you are responsible to limit the consequences to life and the business by having a good understanding of the Crisis Response Plan and conducting yearly Crisis training to the relevant people
  
• Monitor the level of security and safety through security audits, evaluate and give feedback on results to the Sales teams
  
• Conduct auditing and internal monitoring in our business units to ensure the control levels
  
• Regular follow up on the result of the auditing programs and the implementation of action plans
  
• Ensure that all audit and internal control results are reported to the relevant stakeholders and the used systems
  
• Secure coordination of different working groups engaged in the project so that goals are identified, synchronized and the right priorities set
  
• Deliver the project according to time, budget and quality goals. Create and maintain project plans with a sustainable mind set, prepare steering group meetings and deliver status reports
  
• Ensure the right communication and resources are allocated to the project, motivate and inspire the team to get a good group spirit and engagement. Clarify the area of responsibilities for all team members
  
• Create and follow up project budgets, identify risks, consequences and suggest alternative mitigating actions
  
• Sourcing (Tender, negotiate and finalize agreement)
  
• Guarantee the security & safety requirements in the expansion plans and followed both from a legal aspect as well as meeting H&M group security standards
  
• Support the Security departments in the New Markets planning and implementing all H&Μ global policies, procedures and standards
  
• Support the Governance Function and team strategies, policies, procedures, guidelines and specifications
  
• Support the NCG product/order system.
  
• Recruit together with other Sales functions the right security profiles to the possible positions.
  
• Create training plans together with the training responsible to ensure the education of the security team  
  
• Support Country Managers and Security Responsible with goal orientated planning and follow up to reach the set goals.
  
• Execute yearly performance reviews and follow-ups regularly
  
• Ensure development and succession planning is carried out
  
• Responsible to plan and organize yearly security meetings
