About the job Senior Consultant

The Consultant will focus on delivering projects to clients as well as business development, thought leadership, and solutions innovation.  The consultant has accountability for implementing and measuring the effectiveness of selection systems designed to hire or promote professionals and leaders in client’s organization.  The position emphasizes integration of I/O methodologies to meet unique client requirements.

 

Major responsibilities include the following:

    • Deliver/implement client projects requiring in depth knowledge of DDI’s core technologies (e.g selection/assessment, learning and development, organization development, executive assessment, coaching and development).
    • Provide input and thought leadership on DDI’s selection technologies as appropriate.
    • Design, develop and deliver business-focused HR solutions.
    • Assist in controlling cost and managing project profitability.
    •  Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing DDI solutions.
    • Develop long term business relationships with clients.
    •  Collaborate with DDI consultant, sales associates and other internal partners (across the world)·         Provide support to sales teams in sales proposals and presentations requiring in-depth expertise
    • Participate in conference presentation & marketing events.

Qualifications

  • Psychology degree preferred
  • Alternative degree in HR or Business Administration, with additional experience
  • Experience in managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising learning journey for clients.
  •  Experience in e-learning techniques and/or involved in the delivery of e-learning solutions.
  • Experience in project management is desirable.
  • Experience in assessment tools and solutions (work analysis, selection, testing, simulations and assessment centers).
  • Experience in applying any one or a combination of selection/assessment, learning and development, organizational development and executive assessment technology solutions in a business environment.
