Our client is one of the largest international moving and relocations companies in Asia, Europe and Australia. 

Artemis is now seeking for "Sales Manager"  with at least 5 years of working experience.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing Company's Commercial strategy. This position focuses on driving new business revenue, account retention and growth in Thailand. Identifying viable new sales opportunities through new account acquisition; account retention and upselling to existing clients. The Sales Manager will work closely with a team of Business Development Directors & Managers, Client Managers and Marketing Managers who will work closely and collaboratively with all key stakeholders to support all sales processes; coordinating all activities of the local team in the cluster and, above all, achieve the desired sales targets.

This role will be based in Thailand. Travelling is not required.

  • Responsible for personal sales target as well as the sales team targets
  • Develop, mentor and coach the sales team
  • Oversee the Thailand’s pipeline, validate opportunities and support with conversion of opportunities
  • Track activity and reporting via Company’s CRM system and monitor performance against targets
  • Regular calls and meetings with the sales team Thailand and the sales team in the cluster to develop account specific strategies and maximize revenue potential
  • Manage and support tenders in line with Company’s RFP protocol
  • Work with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, Operations, Finance and the Leadership team to develop smart and profitable pricing strategies
  • Work closely with regional and local marketing teams to ensure brand promotion and consistent messaging

Split of core functions and responsibilities:

Team Support and Leadership (40%)

  • Coach, mentor and develop the sales team
  • Review, drive and be responsible for a healthy local sales pipeline
  • Manage and review the RFP preparation and presentations delivery
  • Regular meetings and calls to drive team performance and activity
  • Ensure that the local and cluster achieves the set objectives

Personal targets and activity (40%)

  • Own and develop a personal and robust pipeline
  • Conduct pre-move surveys and achieve the personal booking target ratio
  • Meet with prospects, generate leads
  • Attend networking functions
  • Convert sales opportunities

Sales Strategy (20%)

  • RFP preparation, formal proposals and presentation content
  • Sales meetings with the local and regional teams
  • Work closely with the regional Sales & Marketing Director
  • Work closely with Department Heads, Managing Director and sales team locally and in the cluster during budgeting period

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

  • Strong sales management background
  • Strong presentation and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and financial skills, including ability to work on budgets and P&L.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Assignees, HR, Procurement, Finance, Rewards, Talent…) and thrived in a matrix environment.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience working with mobility firms would be a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales management experience
  • Background of selling in a B2B and B2C environment
  • College degree or above
