Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Assistant Manager to drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and expand Arthan’s reach in the social impact ecosystem. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, well-spoken, and driven to deliver results while upholding Arthan’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.

  • Understand client needs and offer solutions, including responding to RFPs and preparing presentations.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to retain and grow accounts.

  • Create informative presentations and deliver them at client meetings, conferences, or events.

  • Maintain a database of prospective clients (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.).

  • Contribute to BD goals, planning, and forecasting; support short- and long-term business development plans.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of solutions to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B client engagement, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the social impact or nonprofit sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with C-level executives.

  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and highly energetic.

  • Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills.

  • MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven track record in B2B account management and business development results.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
