Job Description – Manager, Talent Acquisition | ARTHAN

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in account management and leading teams.
  • Exposure to or interest in the social impact space is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Masters degree is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment team to achieve targets.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction.
  • Drive recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and support growth.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide strategic input to enhance processes, improve client experience, and support organizational goals.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications effectively.
