Associate Director, ESG & Sustainability ( Private-Sector Partnerships)

Role focus: Corporate Partnerships, Sustainability Strategy & Resource Mobilisation

• Build the private-sector engagement strategy: Develop a strategic approach to engaging corporates and businesses around ESG, sustainability, climate action and inclusive development.
• Create high-value strategic partnerships: Build long-term relationships with corporate leaders, CSR foundations, industry bodies and sustainability stakeholders to unlock collaborative opportunities.
• Mobilise capital for social impact: Identify and develop funding opportunities through CSR, corporate philanthropy and other relevant financing mechanisms to support organisational priorities.
• Design cross-sector initiatives: Bring together businesses, government institutions and civil society partners to develop scalable solutions addressing climate resilience, livelihoods and community development.
• Strengthen the organisation's institutional positioning: Represent the organisation in relevant industry forums and strategic discussions, building credibility and visibility within the corporate sustainability and social impact ecosystem.
• Drive partnership performance: Develop partnership pipelines, strengthen stakeholder engagement and establish mechanisms to track funding, collaboration and impact outcomes.
