Internship Opportunity Gender Accelerator Programme (June-July)

We are looking for a short-term intern to support the logistics and operations of an upcoming in-person workshop as part of EquiLeads Gender Accelerator Programme. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programme management and event coordination in the social impact sector.

Duration: 2 months (June-July 2025)
Location: Hybrid (Remote + 2-3 days/week in-person in Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical support for a 3-day in-person workshop
  
  

• Coordinate preparation of participant kits and workshop materials
  
  

• Assist with managing reimbursements, travel, lodging, and boarding
  
  

• Support printing, packing, and documentation needs
  
  

• Liaise with vendors and venue teams as required
  
  

• Ensure smooth onsite coordination during the workshop
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
  

• Comfort with handling logistics and multitasking
  
  

• Prior event or programme support experience is a plus
  
  

• Commitment to gender equity and values of the social sector
