A leading Skilling & Training company in the field of Advanced Manufacturing seeks a CAD/CAM OR CNC OR Additive Manufacturing Trainer to join their team.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B Tech degree with min. 12 years of experience.
- Prior experience in giving formal or informal training any one of the following.
Compensation: 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 LPA
Skills Required:
For CAD/CAM Trainer -
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar programs.
- Ability to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of quality tools and various industrial quality control techniques.
- Proficiency in CAM software for generating toolpaths and CNC code. Examples include Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, or Solid Cam.
- Understanding of machining processes and the ability to optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications for designing and manufacturing components.
For CNC Trainer -
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to write and edit CNC code.
- Understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
- Hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines is a must.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Knowledge of the risks associated with CNC machining and the ability to implement safety measures.
For Additive Manufacturing Trainer -
- Knowledge of various additive manufacturing technologies, such as stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and metal 3D printing processes like selective laser melting (SLM) or electron beam melting (EBM).
- Understanding of materials used in additive manufacturing, including polymers, metals, ceramics, and composites.
- Knowledge of material properties and behavior during the printing process.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating 3D models that can be used in additive manufacturing.
- Familiarity with AM-specific software tools, including slicing software and software used for generating support structures.
