About the job PARTNER- Impact Practice Consulting
As a Partner, you will be a senior leader in the organization, responsible for driving impact, leading high-value engagements, and nurturing strategic relationships. The Partner will serve as the face of the organization for both the government and philanthropic ecosystems and will be responsible for converting opportunities into impactful, sustainable programs that drive change on the ground. Typically, you will work on:
Growth and Business Development
- Create Avenues for new strategic business opportunities and cultivating relationships with philanthropies, multilateral organisations and government leaders.
Strategic Leadership & Program Ownership
- Strategically lead the design and execution of multi-stakeholder programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with both government priorities and philanthropic goals.
- Lead program strategy, stakeholder alignment, co-design and high-quality delivery, ensuring the initiative drives systemic impact at scale.
Philanthropic and Government Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials (IAS officers, ministers, etc.) and philanthropic funders
- Align government priorities with philanthropic mandates to position the organization's role as a critical execution and systems partner.
Thought Leadership
- Diagnosing complex challenges by breaking down the problem statement
- Guide internal teams to ensure timely, quality-driven execution of programs and problem-solve.
Experience :
- Ideal candidate: 10-15+ years experience, government/philanthropy exposure, program design skills, entrepreneurial mindset
- Role reports directly to CEO
- Someone who thrives in collaborative, impact-driven environments.
- Government partnership exposure, ability to sell/design programs
- Has designed and delivered multi-stakeholder programs not just maintained relationships
- Strong understanding of Indian governance and philanthropic landscapes.
- Sector agnostic, but understanding of multiple philanthropic priorities preferred
- Travel - 40-50%

The base location for all selected candidates is New Delhi. Depending on the project, significant time will be spent at project locations (generally state capitals)
