About the Role -
This is a critical, high priority role which builds into the CHRO role. We're looking for an experienced Human Resources stalwart who can lead the function and design systems and practices, with a key focus on culture and mission alignment. It’s an opportunity to be in a head leadership capacity, engaging with C-suite stakeholders across, and have a core focus on building innovative practices within the gamut of talent, culture, learning and performance. The current team is 3-4 members strong and will grow in the future. Key Responsibilities -
Oversee end to end HR operations including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, culture and performance and improving systems
- Lead, manage and grow the HR function at the organization
- Review, design, develop and strengthen the people and culture strategy, including budgets
- Design and implement structures and processes around staff engagement, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion
- Identify and implement suitable policies, systems and processes around internal communication, culture and talent management
- Engage and manage CXOs, senior stakeholders across functions and project manage according to organizational priorities
What makes you a role fit -
- 14 to 18 years of experience in human resource management
- 5 to 6 years of experience in building, leading and managing senior teams
- Core experience in building workflows, systems and processes
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, performance management
- Experience in setting up and driving culture at small to mid scale
- Ability to collaborate with and manage CXOs, senior stakeholders
Well versed with projects involving operational depth and excellence
