About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support documentation, reporting, and knowledge management functions across multiple social impact programs. The role involves developing high-quality reports, presentations, case studies, and communication materials that capture program learnings, progress, and impact.

This position is ideal for someone with strong writing, analytical, and coordination skills who enjoys working closely with program teams and transforming field insights into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project reports, concept notes, presentations, and other program documentation.
  • Prepare internal reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct secondary research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Support data analysis, interpretation, and visualization for reporting purposes.
  • Develop case studies, success stories, and impact narratives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure timely documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation outputs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in documentation, reporting, research, communications, or program support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.

Mumbai (with occasional travel as required)
