Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, monitor, and direct all the employee-related functions within the structure of a organization. They oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the staff, and often serve as a link between the organization management and its employees.

The HR roles and responsibilities range from developing and maintaining HR-related policies, handling employee-related issues, and ensuring that performance is at peak levels. Being integral to nearly every industry, the job scope of a human resources manager primarily includes working in office settings,

  • Assist with the entire recruitment cycle, keeping in mind HR roles and functions

  • Source employees, filter through the talent pool and manage the on boarding process

  • Supervise the payroll department and ensure that HR duties that fall under it are implemented

  • Maintain learning and development programs for the employees across all verticals

  • Oversee employee relations, address disputes, and implement health and safety regulations as an HR manager


Objectives of the role

The work profile of an HR manager is to oversee and refine employee procedures, keeping in mind existing HR guidelines Implement, and improve employee benefits programs, including health, compensation, insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation and other HR functions

Spearhead and assist recruitment processes and prepare new employees by establishing and conducting relevant orientation and training programs

Guarantee compliance with national and local HR strategy by conducting detailed investigations and maintaining records

Identify improvements to internal operating activities, including team restructuring and morale building.

Support various departments by delivering strategic HR functions that fit with the overall organizational goals Plan and implement HR projects by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers to lead teams, and counseling employees and supervisors Provide clarity to employees1

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or training in HRM

  • Experience in working with People Soft software

  • Three or more years of experience as human resources manager or in the recruitment field, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ethical mindset
