The organisation works closely with residential communities to drive senior citizen participation through wellness programs, engagement activities, healthcare initiatives, and community-driven support models.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and execution-oriented Field Coordinators who can manage on-ground senior citizen engagement initiatives across residential communities and RWAs. This role involves extensive fieldwork and requires strong coordination, facilitation, and community management capabilities.

The selected candidates will play a key role in mobilising senior citizens, managing onboarding, coordinating engagement activities, and building strong community relationships. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, people-friendly, and comfortable working directly with senior citizens and residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Senior Citizen Mobilisation & Community Outreach

  • Visit residential societies, RWAs, and senior citizen communities regularly.
  • Mobilise and onboard senior citizens into programs and initiatives.
  • Build trust-based relationships with elderly residents and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct awareness interactions and community meetings.

2. Community Engagement & Session Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of on-ground events and sessions.
  • Coordinate with facilitators, healthcare partners, and vendors.

3. Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Support registration and onboarding processes for senior citizens.
  • Maintain regular engagement and follow-up with community members.
  • Address participant concerns and ensure a positive community experience.
  • Collect feedback and share on-ground insights with management.

4. Field Operations & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day field activities across assigned communities.
  • Maintain attendance records, engagement reports, and activity updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and reporting.
  • Ensure timely communication between communities and organisation teams.

5. Community Growth & Retention

  • Increase participation and engagement levels across assigned communities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with RWAs and resident communities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand activities and engagement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, field operations, NGO/social impact, event coordination, or outreach roles.
  • Educational background in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Community Development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with senior citizens.
  • Organised, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
