About the job Senior Manager
Arthan is partnering with a leading development organization expanding its Womens Economic Empowerment (WEE) portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead projects while contributing to portfolio-wide strategy, innovation, and delivery.
This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with strong program management experience, deep understanding of entrepreneurship and gender, and the ability to engage effectively with corporates, donors, and government institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Delivery

Lead implementation of assigned WEE projects, ensuring high-quality
delivery, compliance, and reporting. - Develop work plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure cross-project
alignment. -
Oversee field operations and partner coordination.
Strategic Innovation & Ecosystem Building

Co-design and scale tools, processes, and prototypes to strengthen
women-led entrepreneurship. -
Build convergence with local institutions, ecosystem stakeholders, and
finance systems. -
Support scaling of proven models across geographies.
Monitoring, Tracking & Feedback Loop

Design and implement robust MEL frameworks, ensuring timely
achievement of project goals. -
Facilitate two-way feedback between field teams and project
management for adaptive decision-making. - Document processes, knowledge, and learning through manuals, toolkits, and reports.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

Build and sustain relationships with government officials, financial
institutions, and ecosystem partners. -
Represent the organization in external forums and knowledge platforms.

Support a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared ownership
within the team.
Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business
Management, Economics, or related fields. -
5-8 years of experience in program management with expertise in WEE,
entrepreneurship, or livelihoods. -
Experience managing CSR-funded or international donor-funded
projects. -
Strong understanding of gender and entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Experience collaborating with government institutions and multi
stakeholder platforms. -
Solid experience in MEL systems (qualitative and quantitative).
