Tech Stack: Upwork (Primary), Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (if applicable)
Salary: PKR 60,000 - 110,000 (based on experience)
Shift: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: G1, Johar Town, Lahore

Job Brief
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, market research expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Develop customized proposals and respond to client queries promptly
• Optimize bidding strategy to increase project success rate
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Track and report sales metrics and revenue growth
• Suggest improvements to enhance sales and business development processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding & business development
• Strong English communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to write compelling proposals
• Understanding of the IT/software industry and freelance market trends
• Ability to achieve monthly targets and work under pressure
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
