Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimize email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure email campaigns align with business goals and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated sequences.
- Design and test responsive email templates that ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment in all email communications.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize engagement.
- Use insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) to refine and improve email strategies.
Segmentation & Personalization
- Develop targeted email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement history.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies to improve audience engagement.
- Maintain and update email databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Automation & CRM Integration
- Set up and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage inactive customers.
- Integrate email marketing tools with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for streamlined customer relationship management.
- Optimize lead scoring and tracking to improve conversion rates.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, email marketing best practices, and new technologies.
- Regularly conduct email list hygiene practices to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS for email formatting.
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven email campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in email automation and CRM tools.
- Understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
