Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Native Taiwanese Mandarin Speaker) to provide exceptional support to customers via calls, chats, and emails. You will be the primary point of contact for customers using the client's online platform, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role requires a native Taiwanese speaker who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Assist with order inquiries, payments, delivery updates, and general questions.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems to resolve issues in real time.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Fluent in English & Taiwanese Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree is mandatory to visa approval.
  • Basic customer service knowledge or experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Penang, Malaysia.
