Telemarketing Executive | Fresh Graduates | Based in Kuala Lumpur

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our sales and marketing team as a Telemarketing Executive. In this role, you will support lead generation activities, engage with potential customers, and promote the company's products and services through outbound calls.

What You Will Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
• Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Assist in converting leads into sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned call and performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and basic objections professionally.
• Participate in training to develop sales and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory for the role.
• No prior experience  is required (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills in Malay and English.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office/CRM exposure is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
