Job Overview:

Operate at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto markets, supporting clients across 50+ countries. Be part of the Malaysia team serving as a key regional hub for APAC expansion.

What Will You Do:

• Build full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop fast and reliable user interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Own end-to-end system reliability from development through production.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release processes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while improving system resilience.
• Continuously improve system performance, uptime, and stability.
• Collaborate closely with trading, product, and data teams to deliver features safely and efficiently.
• Utilize AI tools and modern engineering practices to improve workflows, automation, and development speed.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering.
• Strong experience in front-end development (React or similar) and back-end development (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience working with trading systems, financial platforms, or real-time data systems is highly desirable.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Comfortable working across both application development and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Ownership mindset with strong accountability for production systems.
• Proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
• Open to shift work due to 24/7 trading environment.
