Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Partnership Success Team Lead to join our growing team in the CFDs industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with 4-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, including leadership experience, to take on a key role in driving revenue growth and scaling partnership operations.

What Will You Do:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a partnerships team, set KPIs, and drive a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
  • Partnership Acquisition & Growth: Identify, onboard, and expand relationships with IBs, asset managers, affiliates, and white labels across key regions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and long-term value.
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Own and achieve partnership revenue targets, optimize partner performance, and manage commercial agreements.
  • Market Research & Business Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of partnerships and track performance through CRM tools and reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance partner experience and execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and execute partnership strategies to support regional expansion and long-term business goals.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, or Trading industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing IBs, asset managers, affiliates, and white label partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and partnership models.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
