Job Overview:
We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to drive high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns. You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate client and candidate leads globally.
What Will You Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL) and conversion rate.
- Implement tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and social media team to improve ad creatives.
What Makes You A Good Fit:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads
- Proven experience generating leads via paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience optimizing funnels and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
