We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (English & Thai Speaker) to join our global support team. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients regarding their trading accounts, platform issues, and general inquiries. This is a remote position ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Thai.
  • Assist clients with account-related issues, including onboarding, login problems, and general platform navigation.
  • Provide accurate information on trading platforms, products (FX, CFDs), and services.
  • Escalate technical or complex queries to relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Ensure high-quality service aligned with KPI and compliance standards.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate across departments to improve client experience and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in financial services, FX, or CFD brokerage environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, such as: Sales Force, Zendesk, Zoho or Freshdesk
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is a plus.

  • Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Stable internet connection and quiet home setup for remote work.
