Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Associate to provide high-quality support and issue resolution for existing clients in the FX and CFDs trading industry. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries across multiple communication channels while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and an excellent customer experience.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, where you may start working remotely from your home location and relocate to the Southeast Asia support office after the first 2–3 months.
What You Will Do:
- Handle client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone calls, and email.
- Navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding their request status.
- Verify client-submitted documents for specific regions on an hourly basis.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with accuracy.
- Attend internal training sessions and meet required assessment targets.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by management.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Prior experience in the FX and CFDs industry is required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Experience in customer-facing or client support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
