Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing & Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service issues.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE qualification.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing), 

    Cantonese and English.

    

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (24/7 support).
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.

Working Hours & Shift:

  • 5.5 working days per week

  • Rotational shifts (24-hour coverage)

  • Public holidays and weekends are compulsory working days.
