Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive - English Speaker to join our Malaysia support team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries and service support. Full training and 1-month accommodation are provided for outstation candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

  • Work as part of a team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication.

  • Utilize basic computer systems and tools for handling cases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certification.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).

  • Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.

  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends.

Working Details:

  • Working Days: 6 days per week

  • Shift Pattern: 24-hour rotational shift

  • Training Provided: Yes

  • Work on weekends and public holidays

Salary & Benefits:

  • Night Shift Allowance
