Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive - English Speaker to join our Malaysia support team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries and service support. Full training and 1-month accommodation are provided for outstation candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails for inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Work as part of a team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication.

Utilize basic computer systems and tools for handling cases.
Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old with SPM, UEC, or IGCSE certification.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
Working Details:
