Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product/service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product/service issues.
- Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- SPM graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply (Full training provided).

Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.

Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
