Job Overview:

We are hiring a Service Advisor (Cantonese Speaker) to deliver exceptional customer support for a global client. You will assist customers via calls, chats, and emails, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with order status, delivery timelines, payment issues, and product information.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
  • Maintain high performance in customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity KPIs.
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues in real time.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve service delivery.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin  and English is mandatory.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills (mobile devices & computers) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

  • KPI Incentive up to RM 700/month.
