Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via calls, chats and emails and provide accurate information regarding mobile services. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

What Will You Do::

• Handle inbound customer calls, chats and email related to mobile services
• Assist customers with inquiries on plans, reloads, promotions, account status, and general service support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
• Accurately update customer information and case details in the system
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer support experience
• Good communication skills in Malay and English
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a rotational shift (no night shift is required)
