Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with customer service experience who are eager to start or grow their career in a call center environment.
What Will You Do:
- Handle inbound calls regarding general enquiries, complaints, feedback, and product-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and exceed customer expectations in terms of service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience at all times.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is a plus.
- Fresh graduates who are encouraged to apply (Full Training Provided will be provided)
- Willingness to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
