Content Moderator - Mandarin Speaker

Job Overview:

We are hiring for Mandarin-speaking content moderator in Johor Bahru. The role involves reviewing online content, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring platform guidelines are followed. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via chat or email.
• Identify, escalate, and flag inappropriate or sensitive content.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while handling content moderation tasks.
• Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content in a professional manner.
• Perform duties using basic computer applications.
• Maintain performance as per established KPI targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old with completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomes to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin (read and type) and English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive material.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work from 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, 5 days per week.
