RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility and patient transfers
• Support nursing staff with patient care activities
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Observe and report patient condition changes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
• Follow all facility policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Texas CNA Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License or Government ID
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules if needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
