Nest Homecare is an independent Homecare Provider based in Windsor who specialise in providing exceptional quality care
and support to clients in their own homes. We help support private clients in their own homes I Windsor, Ascot,
Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
We are a privately-owned company and are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our current rating with
CQC is Good. We are also highly rated on homecare.co.uk with a current score of 9.9 / 10 with 42
reviews.

We are currently looking for FULL AND PART-TIME caring, professional and passionate people to join our expanding team.
About the role:

To provide exceptional quality care to private clients in their own homes.

To promote and respect clients rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:

To provide quality care to clients as outlined in the client person-centred Care Plan. Daily tasks could include:
-
Personal Care
-
Assistance with washing & dressing
-
Shopping & meal preparation
-
Administering medication
-
Helping clients access community services
-
-
To monitor and report changes in clients condition.
-
To keep clear, up to date, and accurate records, reporting any changes in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
-
You will preferably have 2+ years experience gained in a caring environment, but applications from people with no experience in care will be considered as full training is provided.

Experience of people living with dementia is an advantage

Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and caring attitude with the ability to maintain client
confidentiality.

Full UK driving licence, full access to own car and Business Insurance.

Salary and Benefits

Excellent rates of pay (£11.00 week, £12.00 weekend)

Paid travel time (same hourly rate)
