Job description:
We are looking for Business Development/Online Bidder for our office where the candidate will be bidding for projects on different online portals like Up Work, Fiverr, Guru, People per Hour and Freelancer etc.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for a bidding process as well as direct marketing of the organization.
- Candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing services offered by the company.
- Responsible for generating business from bidding portals.
- Bidding on Freelance portals on daily basis and acquiring projects and converting those projects into long-term sales.
- Working on both proactive and reactive leads.
- Research and target prospects using a variety of digital techniques for UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Middle East market on daily basis.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills an absolute MUST
- Create Business Proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, People Per Hour, and Others)
- Getting projects / making new clients for the company.
- Bringing new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal submission, permanent contracts, and others
- Must be a graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
- Must be good at the targeted sales.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Time management and planning skills.
