Job description:

We are looking for Business Development/Online Bidder for our office where the candidate will be bidding for projects on different online portals like Up Work, Fiverr, Guru, People per Hour and Freelancer etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate will be responsible for a bidding process as well as direct marketing of the organization.
  2. Candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing services offered by the company.
  3. Responsible for generating business from bidding portals.
  4. Bidding on Freelance portals on daily basis and acquiring projects and converting those projects into long-term sales.
  5. Working on both proactive and reactive leads.
  6. Research and target prospects using a variety of digital techniques for UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Middle East market on daily basis.
  7. Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and verbal English skills an absolute MUST
  2. Create Business Proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
  3. Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, People Per Hour, and Others)
  4. Getting projects / making new clients for the company.
  5. Bringing new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal submission, permanent contracts, and others
  6. Must be a graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
  7. Must be good at the targeted sales.
  8. Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivated.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  10. Time management and planning skills.
